Refund policy

Fourteen days, no questions asked

If you buy the Pro pack and it isn’t what you hoped, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to request one

Send the email address you purchased with to support@algotradingschool.vip with the subject “Refund”. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the request; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

After a refund

Access to the Pro content ends when the refund is issued. The free curriculum, glossary, and calculators remain free for everyone, always.

Consumer rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have in your country of residence. Last updated: July 2026.
